Job Purpose/Summary
Support PCOEM / M2M customers and their ODMs (R&D, factories) in mainland China area. Ensure M2M customers, PC OEM ODMs and their factories are satisfied with SWIR products
Key Accountabilities
? Support OEM/ODM for development in China area (3 ODMs)
? Analyze and decompose an intricate failure symptom on customer side.
? Reproduce and document customer's issues and work with internal teams (R&D, Quality…) for analysis.
? Visit customers regularly and review issues.
? Support ODM factories (5 sites) for regular and emergency visits
? Support local M2M customers

Required Education, Experience and Competencies
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
? A strong foundation in Windows OS and batch programming.
? Experience with WWAN technology.
? Proven experience in debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis investigation.
? Experience working with OEM/ODM partners and effective communication skills.

Desired Education, Experience and Competencies
? Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
? Experience programming in C, C++, Java and/or Python.
? Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux and TCP/IP. 举报 分享
