职位描述：
Job Scope & Requirement :
? Responsible for BOM and documents standarized ;
? Drawings and released documents, numbers, versions, ECN and documents audit ;
? Assist Engineer departments and ERP documents.
? Other tasks which is assigned by manager/supervisor ;
? Support other departments ;

Qualifications:
? Major in English and secretarial management, and oral English is necessary ;
? Familiar with ISO9001/14001 and 7S, etc. Better to have certification ;
? 2 Yrs experience in DCC ;
? Familiar with ERP, especially in AX ;
? Familiar with Word, Excel, email, etc OA system ;

工作简述：
? 负责BOM建立，标准化文件建立；
? 纳管文件（图纸以及受控文件）、编码、版本控制、发行、变更和 日常流程操作、维护与改善，及DCC文件制作、管理，各单位文件档案稽核与检查；
? 协助研发部处理相关ERP表单作业；
? 主管交办事项，支援其他部门事项；

任职要求：
? 文秘管理或英文相关专业，一定的英语口语能力；
? 熟悉ISO9001/14001及7S等的基础知识，有ISO9001/14001内审证书优先；
? 2年以上文控中心管理经验，熟练使用办公软件；
? 性格开朗，协调能力强，具备高度敬业精神；
? 具操作ERP经验佳，有AX操作优先考量录用；
? 熟悉Word, Excel, email等OA软体操作，特别是Excel； 举报 分享
