职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Proactive sourcing: Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs.
? Assist the recruiters to complete the important market intelligence and talent mapping projects as needed.
? Independently take charge of intern recruiting job.
? Support on some HR recruiting program, eg. campus recruiting and young talents program.
? Management of intern in HR team.
? Arrange physical check for all positions (mostly assigned to HR intern) and send offer to intern candidates.
? Responsible for reference check for all positions, including contacting vendors and candidates, giving some feedbacks regularly;
? Support on other tasks of recruiting team.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Economics;
? At least one year of experience or internship in whole recruiting process, multi-national company experience preferred;
? Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
? Reliable, proactive, result-oriented;
? Ability to work under pressure and to handle multi-task. 举报 分享
