岗位职责：

1. 负责校园招聘项目的宣传工作，并以客户满意度为导向；
2. 开发、收集、整理校园宣传渠道和资源；
3. 通过即时聊天工具与各高校同学保持联系；
4. 管理校园大使团队和供应商；
5. 控制项目成本，提出降低成本的改善意见；
6. 提供产品修改、执行流程改善意见，共同提高产品、服务竞争力。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上在校学生，每周需出席至少4个工作天；
2. 学习能力强，逻辑思维能力强,有一定的分析和总结能力；
3. 吃苦耐劳，勇于担当，注重结果；
4. 良好的协调、应变、沟通能力，强烈的团队意识和协作精神，主动性和执行力强；
5. 熟练使用办公软件，如PPT、Excel等；
6. 熟悉论坛操作优先。
