Job Description: Major Activities/Responsibilities
Overview
The position requires an organized marketing expert with rich experiences in alliance marketing, lead generations, marketing program designs, event planning, & the executions.
All should be performed in a timely and cost effective way. This person leads projects and develops solutions to complex marketing challenges that require frequent use of creativity & very good skills in multi-task management. The key objectives of this position are
? Increase company market share.
? Increase company awareness and preference within Enterprise customers/prospects, analysts, press, channels, and alliance partners.
Working details include ATL & BTL marketing
1. Plan & conduct customer/partner-facing events to generate leads or promote company/product awareness
2. Work with marketing team / PMMs / partners / customers on the marketing collaboration activities
3. Manage outbound marketing for B2B products/services within BU/Region. Work with any BU/Region Marketing contacts to position and evangelize Enterprise products/services.
4. Ensure and compile content of marketing collaterals and sales training materials to support B2B products/services/solutions and campaigns
Requirement/Qualification: A thinker, a planner, & an action taker.
1. 8+ years of established track record of marketing in IT industry. Focus on B2B in PRC.
2. Knowledge of Enterprise sales process, customer buying behavior. Familiar w/ network security products and/or key competitors is a strong positive.
3. Experience generating enterprise content/sales tools and evangelizing/driving effective program implementation across PRC.
4. Outstanding teamwork and collaboration ability across functions and regions.
5. Must be very self-motivated and demonstrate an “evangelical” attitude and enthusiasm for company’s Enterprise business; must be comfortable working with field directly in sales situations.
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills in Mandarin and in English. CET 6 or same level test.
7. Excellent multi-project & pressure management skills.
