We are looking for a motivated NPI-LCE Process and Project Manager (M/F) to support our team New Product Introduction - Life Cycle Engineering. As NPI-LCE Process and Project Manager you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the NPI-LCE new product introduction and maintenance processes efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Enhance NPI-LCE processes, templates and guidelines according to business needs
2. Master methodologies for project management and improvement for the function in alignment with company needs
3. Offer trainings and presentations on the new methodologies to NPI-LCE and the project teams
4. Support project teams with regard to project management methods, e.g. scrum
5. Represent the function in global teams
6. Manage the NPI-LCE document archive

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or similar
2. Profound insights in development practices as well as the related new product introduction and maintenance procedures
3. Preferably agile project management background
4. Good understanding and knowledge of business processes related to creating new products and introducing and maintaining them into manufacturing
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Open personality
7. Willingness to travel globally
