Sales & Business Management 销售及业务管理
1、Work with department head on team management and make sure the team and personnal sales work of Cross Channel operate well.协助部门经理管理指定团队,并确保团队及个人的跨渠道销售工作良好运作。
2、Supervise and gives corresponding measures on team monthly sales records and payment schedule, assist Department Head in daily sales operation including sales plan & team target achievement tracking.对团队月度销售记录以及收款进度进行监督以及给予相应的措施,协助部门经理管理日常销售运营工作, 包括销售计划及跟进团队目标达成。
3、Guide team sales to figure out the potential of every customer and carry out corresponding strategy to meet the customers' requirement.
引导团队的销售成员认识每一个客户可发掘的潜力并制定对应的策略以满足客户需求。
4、Conduct regular sales visit for all the key accounts to maintain and strengthen business partnership thus develop further business opportunities.对团队的主要客户进行拜访以及加强客情维护,以增加销售机会。
5、Managing individual customers' ROI and make sure all the investment are being retuned in sales and maintain healthy level;管理团队客户投资回报,并确保所有的投入得到销量的回报并且保持在健康的水平。
6、Review and conduct team AR monthly to control AR collection budget each month.
每月追踪和指导团队整体的AR付款状况。
7、To have sufficient understanding/observation and be very clear in targeted customers' needs and their unique business environment,capable to utilize company’s competitive advantage & stock situation to make corresponding promotion/buying plan for specific customer.清楚了解目标客户的需求及独特的商业环境,根据公司竞争优势及库存情况,为客户量身定制促销/购买方案。
8、To develop new accounts under appointed subchannel and develop the sales of existing accounts.在指定的区域内发展新客户,并拓展现有客户的销量。
9、Follow up company policy and criteria in selection accounts to avoid bad debt issue.
根据公司政策筛选客户以防止坏账的产生。
10、Follow up on payment terms ,year support etc.for contract when negotiate and should strictly adhered to company policy.
严格按照公司制度,跟进商谈合同中付款期限及信用额度,年度支持等条款。
11、Follow up on finalization of business contract for respective accounts as well as renewal for current accounts.
跟进及续签客户的业务合同。
12、Cooperate with Trade Marketing team, provide professional wine education or event service for customers.
与市场拓展部合作,为客户提供专业的葡萄酒培训或者活动支持。
13、Other customers service and after sales service as whenever necessary.
