职位描述：
Key Deliverables of the role:
？ Achieve volume & CAAP target and KPI for assigned customers
？ Develop annual channel and customer plan with Customer marketing team including volume forecast, activation and budget
？ Negotiate and monitor trade terms implementation
？Develop standard for field sales forces to guide in-store level execution of promotional activity and to achieve QVDPPP
？ Implement coaching to field sales forces in joint visit, and as role model to demonstrate negotiation, calling steps, and QVDPPP. Identify tools to support the executions.
？Execute all promotion activities
？Collect off-take information for post Measurement & Evaluation purpose
？Work between distributors and retailers to make sure supply is fulfilled


Role Criteria:
？ + 5 years of sales experience in consumer product industry and with at least 3 years’ experience of managing key accounts for hyper
？ Strong skills in communication, negotiation & motivation
？ Strong leadership & execution capability
？ Cross-functional team working & good communication skills
？ Good knowledge of industry, Diageo’s products, competitors, customers and trade dynamics as well
？ Good problem solving skill
？ Smart business acumen & strategic thinking
？ Good at people’s training and coaching
？ Proficiency in written and oral English
