职位描述：
Senior Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Drive supplier quality improvement to achieve management target (LAR, Incident reduction, Supplier Performance Rating);
2. Responsible and accountable on supplier quality complaints from internal and external customer (Effective and timely closure of 8D);
3. Supplier Audits – Process and 8D ;
4. Drive global solution on supplier quality incident;
5. Execute best practice to improve product quality;
6. Review and follow up supplier change request notice ( ECN );
7. Support SDE in cost down and continual improvement program;
8. Work on Supplier score card for business review and suggest/execute improvement action to suppliers ;
9. Prepare monthly report with follow-up action plan;
10. Lead monthly meeting with poor performance supplier;
11. New Project Development project coordination;
12. Manufacturing Readiness Review activities;

QULIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical);
2. Minimum 5 years related quality engineering working experience;
3. Familiar with electrical appliance production and process control;
4. Competent in 8D and able to lead junior engineer on incident management;
5. Familiar with QMS (ISO9000/ISO13485) ;
6. Familiar with international and national regulations and directives (Reach, RoHS, Social compliance);
7. FDA exposure;
8. Excellent communication and reporting skill;
9. Able to communicate in English (Verbal/Written);
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Power point). 举报 分享
