POSITION SUMMARY
* Independently handle all daily HR issues for some China Stations, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, training, performance management, HRIS and employee communication, etc.
* Independently handle some HR projects as required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Independently handle the daily HR daily works for some China Stations according to HR SOP.
* Assist in performance management process according to HR strategy.
* Maintain job requisitions files and applicant flow data to included interview documentation.
* Ensure that career opportunity posting for job vacancies in all applicable locations as appropriate are posted internally and externally.
* Screen and conduct interview for non-managerial positions and managerial positions where appropriate.
* Conduct the employment verification process.
* Input new hire information into HRIS timely and accurately, and aperiodically update employee data in HRIS if necessary.
* Complete and log personnel documents relevant to hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, salary changes and benefits and other related HR record. As well maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with governmental regulations.
* Assume responsibility for notifying of employee hires and terminations to labor agency and other relative vendors.
* Ensure EE’s social security insurance and housing fund smoothly handled.
* Labor contract preparation/management and other employment related works. Ensure all employment practices are in line with applicable Labor Laws and Regulations.
* Conduct new hire orientations or other internal training, as well coordinates and provides logistics support on staff training, including but not limited to reservation of a meeting room, reservation/set up of training equipment, ordering of supplies, maintaining roster of attendees, preparation of training agenda, notifying attendees of changes to training schedules, etc.
* Coordinate and interact with other branch management or branch personnel as well as outside organizations as needed.
* Explain human resources policies, procedures & programs, benefits and/or payroll to employees and management. Provide local employee counseling services on a variety of work and labor related issues.
* Independently handle some HR projects.
* Other jobs assigned by manager.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
* College or above. Major in Human Resources is preferred.
* Above 6 years HR experience in foreign company, with working experience in forwarding/logistics industry is prefer.
* Familiar with China Labor Law and local principle.
* Experience in administrative and general human resources activities preferred.
* Experience to handle branch HR activities is preferred.
* Demonstrate proficiency with PC and EXCEL, PPT, Word, etc.
* Ability to handle high volumes of work in an efficient and timely manner.
* Fluent in English both written and speaking (CET6 or above).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills. Ability to relate well to people at all levels.
* Highly-developed sense of responsibility.
* Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Can be work under pressure.
* Ability to keep information confidential.
* Ability to use tact and good judgment.
