职位描述：

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES （职责）

1. Daily cash reimbursement and payment;
日常现金报销及付款；
2. Keep the cash journal registration in a timely manner and make sure the safety of the company money
及时登记现金日记账并确保公司现金的安全性；
3. Money collection and invoice issuing
现金收款并开具收据；
4. Physically count petty cash on a daily basis, ensure the cash journal is reconciled with the actual amount of petty cash;
每日盘点现金，做到账实相符；
5. Clean up and update the IOU in due course;
及时清理并更新IOU.
6. Bank journal management, E-banking transaction, cheque preparation and wire transferring and other related business;
日记账管理，办理网上银行业务，相关票据业务；
7. Make proper plan of cash picking-up for request persons based on tracking their requests.根据需求制定合理的取现计划
8. Use ISIS system to keep tracking of expenditure of materials and vehicles;
材料及车辆的成本记录；

岗位要求：
1，财务相关专业专科以上学历，持有会计人员从业资格证书；
2，良好的沟通技巧及服务意识；
3，可用英语进行简单沟通；
4，工作细致，认真，思维缜密，原则行强
