职位描述：

Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Development and improving IT processes and IT systems.
· IT Asset management, including purchasing, maintenance, updates etc.
· Setup and maintenance IT Infrastructure. Include networks, and servers
· Installation and configuration of server and storage cluster systems
· Administration of all servers and Windows Group Policies
· Independent Administration of Anti-Virus Solutions
· System documentation and operation manuals
· Taking care of firewall, routers, printers, Phone system, CCTV monitor system, entrance guard system, Attendance system, VPN,DHCP, DNS, VMware, backup, Domain controller…
· Provide a high level of internal customer service through phone, email and face to face support for all users;
· Analyze and recommend new technologies in IT System
· Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting under the Problem Management.
Specific Job Skills
· Proficient in sundry computer hardware, software, and OS. Can execute the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting independently
· Proficient in network maintenance, can execute the setup and troubleshooting independently.
· High attention to detail and capable of working on multiple projects or tasks in parallel
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
· Support system changes and adapt the new environment based on company standards;
· Coordination between Headquarter and local site regarding IT infrastructure
· Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Proficient in both spoken and written English. Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
· About 5 years experience working in MNC environment.

· IT Manager experience is must.
