This job is under night shift work time 13:00 to 22:00

Purpose of Position:

This position is responsible for checking incoming customer technical Gerber data/ specifications and performing feasibility checks to ensure that respective suppliers have the capability to produce required product.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Check incoming customer Gerber data/ specifications and perform feasibility checks
2. Summarize price relevant items for new projects
3. Conduct feasibility check tracking report to control daily performance
4. Use Integr8tor and UCAM software to conduct feasibility checks for quotations
5. Support RFQ team in data management
6. Support RFQ team to study high-tech PCB knowledge such as HDI, IMS, flex, flex-rigid and ensure work quality
7. Identify problems and provide proposals for solutions in order to improve quotation center operations
8. Identify problems and give solutions in order to improve quotation center.

A. Competencies & Skills:

1. Solid knowledge of rigid PCBs and other high technologies such as flex/ flex-rigid/ HDI/ IMS PCB, including the manufacturing process
2. Able to use CAM350 or other software to analyze PCB Gerber data
3. Able to use AUTOCAD to create the panel drawing
4. Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment
5. Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a pro-active, self-motivated, diligent and responsible manner
6. Excellent computer skills in MS Office. ERP experience strongly preferred
7. Excellent command in spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
8. Mandatory to work in a 2 shift office operation when required in order to support overseas, thus to achieve higher customer satisfaction shift regulations and procedures are stipulated in the employment contract

B.Education & Work Experience:

1. University degree in technical or PCB related field
2. Minimum 6 years PCB engineering work experience in PCB factory or trading company 举报 分享
