职位描述：
Responsibility
Calculate and bench mark sewing minutes
Benchmark sewing /operation minutes
Look into cost-effective solutions and simplifications based on earning analysis
Support product team if any trouble shooting related to the style creation and maintenance
Streamline methods for more effective operations
PI creation, follow operations, mark down flow and operation tools, take visual picture videos for support.
Receive and evaluate feedback from factory operation and amend PI when needed.
responsible that the PI is correct and effectively executed.
Translation of PI from English to mandarin.
Help to build the PLM system library for PI purpose.

Requirements:
Degree in textile industry or related role.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
Good communicator
Able to see opportunities
Analytical and problem solver
Read, write & understand English as well as excellent mandarin is a must
Understand the needs of the business and look for opportunities.
Engineer/ understanding of operations and how to drive efficiency into daily operation. 举报 分享
