职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Ensure new businesses can be successfully implemented in compliance with internal rules and meet the customers’ expectation.

Main Responsibilities:
1 Partner with the business units/functions, sales and management to develop an implementation project plan and carry out the implementation.
2 Drive the process of implementing by engaging different functions into a successful customer on-boarding.
3 Ensure all deadlines are met by involved teams in origins and destination and provide periodic update to all internal and external stakeholders. Work with various teams to ensure that current challenge is resolved and a solution is designed to avoid them in future.
4 Handover new implementations after go-live until a sign-off is received by internal and external parties involved in the customer implementation plan.
5 Develop and implement SOPs

Required Qualifications & Skills:
1 At least 5 years experiences in IFF and 2 years in Implementation
2 Strong operational background with analytical, project management and process improvement abilities.
3 Well organized and meet deadlines.
4 Strong interpersonal skill.
5 Fluent English, French speaking would be a plus.
6 Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Scientific profile preferred; 举报 分享
