职位描述：
岗位职责：1、At least 3 years of working experiences in buying office/agent or related industry.
2、Proficient PC skills including MS Word、Excel and Power Point.
3、Excellent command of English.Good communication skills.
4、Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.
5、Knowledge of suppliers and factories.Be able to evaluate supplier‘s competence and capability.
6、Have a deep understanding of the products and the commodities that index the product.
7、Able to identify creative alternative solutions to solve problems and meet product objectives in quality，delivery and price.
8、Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price.Good experiences in using component costing.
9、Drive to meet ICV target cost and generate VCP ideas for continuous cost productivity.
