职位描述：
工作职责
跟进新产品的准备开发和大批量生产的时间。依照规则创立新的成品和物料号码、定义BOM。
Follow up the new product development status and mass production. Create new part number for new material and finish goods, BOM definition as per the coding regulation

跟进产能及订单预测的变化，制定可行的主生产计划。
Monitoring the change of the production capacity, sales forecast and sales order and establish the Master Production Schedule (MPS)

按主生产计划开出采购需求，保证有足够的物料供应生产，同时将库存控制在合理的水平。
Issue Purchase Request (PR) to buy BOM material according to MPS, ensure enough material for production and control inventory in a reasonable level.

跟综生产的完成情况。需要时，及时调整和优化生产计划，并对物料的需求作出相应的调整。
Tracing the completion of MPS, adjusting and optimizing the production schedule if necessary, and revise the material demand accordingly.

持续提高沟通技能，协调好订单管理，生产，采购的关系，提高生产完成率，物料按时到货率，订单按时交货率。
Continuously improve the communication skill, well coordinate with order management, production, procurement team, to improve the production complete rate, and material on time delivery rate and finished goods on time delivery rate.

相关报表的组织和按时完成
Organize the relevant reports and distribute on time
善于学习和掌握其它相关岗位的工作，如采购、订单管理，以更好的为公司服务，同时提高自己。

任职资格
?教育背景 Education Background
本科以上学历, 供应链管理、工商管理专业优先考虑。
Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management or business administration

?工作经验 Working Experience
5 年以上跨国公司物料计划供应链管理工作经验, 有电子产品方面经验更佳。
5 years experience in planning and supply chain management in multinational company，with experience in electronic products is an advantage.

?专业知识 Professional Skills
在生产计划管理，供应链管理（存货管理、定单处理）方面拥有出色的专业知识和技能
Excellent understanding of production planning & scheduling, supply chain management (especially order fulfillment, inventory management, import & export).

?语言能力 Language Ability
中、英文听、说、读、写流利
Fluent oral & written both in English and Mandarin
