Job Description:
-Lead the promotion activities in South China
-Drive demand creation activities at customers. Own customer relationships and Lead communication at all levels to build strategic account partnership. Clear sales strategy to assigned customers
-Rational coordinate and take advantage of resources in different region
-Responsible for entire commercial negotiation by working with related distributor and supporting teams
-Interface with product marketing and AE department to Drive more business

Job Requirements:
- Min. 8 years sales experiences in MNC semi-conductor company, incl. at least 4 years managerial experience
- Lighting or LED industries sales is a plus
