Requirement:
1. Working experience in professional companies, preferably in ecommerce or retail companies with strong interest in cross border ecommerce (export B2C) industry
2. Account sales experience with good performance track record
3. Reach connections in the cross border ecommerce circle is a strong plus
4. Experience of independently manage a team; organized and structured
5. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
6. Good presentation skills, familiar with PPT presentation
7. Academic background from a reputable University
Responsibilities:
1. Research on top sellers on major ecommerce platforms, develop sales pipeline with prioritization
2. Organize or participate ecommerce conferences to present for Shopee and collect seller contacts
3. Follow up on sales pipeline, communicate with sellers to convince them to work with Shopee and onboard them
4. Publish articles on Shopee’s wechat public account and Shopee China website, as a communication channel with sellers
5. (for sales manager) Manage sales team, allocate task and targets, and monitor progress; Coach junior team member
