职位描述：
1、负责公司智能硬件产品的硬件开发；
2、确定硬件总体方案，器件选型，产品性能设计；
3、从系统维度，牵头制定硬件领域的技术发展方向、技术标准和设计规范，承担关键项目的系统方案设计；
4、结合内外部资源，牵头进行公司所需的硬件系统级关键技术的研究，给出系统的解决方案；
5、牵头进行重大硬件技术问题的攻关，指导硬件领域研发工程师的设计工作。
6、协助结构工程师、硬件设计工程师确认硬件与结构的匹配问题；
7、产品试产跟踪，后期维护。
8、负责公司硬件公共技术平台的建设；
岗位要求：
1、统招本科至少三年智能硬件相关产品的硬件开发及团队管理经验；
2、有产品硬件整体的设计思想，有很强的资料查阅能力，能独立完成硬件开发任务；
3、所开发产品稳定大批量出货者优先录用；
