职位描述：
1. College degree and above, Major in Electric and Mechanical.
2. At least 5 years work experience in SMT field
3. Know well about SMT process, Eg, how to define stencil opening? SMT issue trouble shooting and Operate Gerber software
4. Familiar with PCBA design guideline, Assist Design Engineers with Design for Manufacture issues
5. Familiar with bom structure and know how to implement ECN
6.Good communicate with team and fluent English for work language.
7. Proactive attitude, able to work under pressure, accept OT sometimes
