职位描述：

The successful candidate will be an experienced processes integration engineer in the semiconductor industry and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain sound knowledge and understanding of power device technologies in the market place (especially for Schottky, FRED, etc) and transferring that knowledge to others (internal or external Fabs)
• Acting as the principle interface with Fabs, Marketing , product engineers to ensure effective process design and implementation
• Define layout test structures and design of experiments to evaluate and verify devices, processes, models and reliability
• Review and evaluate foundry process technologies for accur acy, design ability and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain process technology Roadmaps for diode and rectifier.
• Working in cross functional teams (Integration, Design and Layout) to address process issues.
• Data collection, correlation, interpretation, and presentation of information to management and co-workers.
• Work with Process Engineers to develop processes to maximize operational efficiency.
• Optimize current processes to improve manufacturability, yield and performance of products.
• Maintain documentation for new and improved processes for reference purposes.
• Interact and coordinate with product engineering team to resolve yield and quality issues.
• Communicate process data and actions through meetings, presentations, and reports to management and customers.
• Provide training and guidance to Junior Engineers as needed.
• Candidate must be able to work in a clean room environment when necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum BS (or equivalent) in chemistry, physics, material science, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ yrs. experience in Semiconductor industry as a process/device/process integration engineer

• Expertise in semiconductor devices including layout, device development, process development, device characterization, Simulation and wafer level reliability
• In depth knowledge and familiarity with process technologies needed for diodes and rectifiers.
• Expertise and experience in device physics
• Able to handle projects and strategic activities independently and execute them successfully
• Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills within and outside field of expertise
• Computer programming skills are desired.
• Resolve action items on timely basis to meet product development goals.
• Demonstrated analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
