职位描述：
The role is to manage suppliers & development teams to ensure PCP supplier readiness on time complying with quality and cost requirements.
The main missions are to:
 ? Deploy PSS MS, purchasing project management and best practices to manage project development
? Ensure continuous improvement of tools & processes by providing feedback on its use to best practice owners ? Lead APQP / PPAP for external purchased parts
? Involve relevant functions in APQP / PPAP process:
o carry program reviews together with relevant project functions and suppliers
o ensure that deliverables from those functions to suppliers are provided on time
o ensure that deliverables from supplier to project team are provided on time
o ensure consistency of information between project team and suppliers
? Train suppliers in PCP supplier quality methodologies making sure that the defined standards are properly applied
? Participate in relevant team meetings
? Ensure the existance and update of project purchasing milestones and timings to achieve purchasing and supplier deliverables on time
? Carry purchasing milestones self assesment
? Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through project management
? Manage supplier / product validation for re sourcing / out sourcing / VA/VE / supplier transfer during project phase
? Manage the process qualification and ensure early involvement of OSQE in transfer to mass production according to existing best practices:
o involvement of OSQE in supplier days o involvement of OSQE since R@R o build up and deploy validation PDCA from R@R o PPAP / PPA sign off
? Ensure that right process and tools are applied for part rejections during PCP (rejection process and report)
? Define and deploy action plans and covergence plans with suppliers to correct deviations towards achievement of project objectives
? Supplier selection
o Define quality supplier’s objectives
o Participate in SSC to ensure that quality related conditions are met by awarded suppliers
o Co–sign LON and ensure that standard quality requirements are contained
? Monitor supplier quality and readiness results in programs 举报 分享
