Bureau Veritas Shenzhen Site HRBP
Responsibilities:
1、Develop and implement HR programs, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, interventions and processes in support of business goals
2、As business partner to work closely with SBU General Manager for organization design, strategy fulfillment, daily operations and proposal
3、Implement BV HR projects including measurement systems, succession plan, people review and so on to keep to one business model
4、Develop effective ways of communication channels to make sure that we have proactive communication “down and up” the organization
5、Heavy involvement in critical and all levels of employee relations issues
6、Lead and manage day-to-day resources and talent searching for current and future workforce requirement
7、Design, develop and implement training plan and deliver HR trainings as orientation, Code of Ethic, etc.
8、Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees
9、Provide coaching and development for HR team or selective employees and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for our team members
10、Ensure consistent HR practices and processes on line with other BV entities
11、Defining, collecting, analyzing and using indicator data from a variety of sources to identify and drive continuous improvement of HR strategy
12、Integrate the company quality requirements in HR programs
Requirements:
1、BS, or above, with 5 years or more of related, progressive experience.
2、Demonstrated benefits and compensation planning, administration and program design experience, preferably in a large, multi-national corporate environment.
3、Previous HR experience in functional management as addition.
4、Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to synthesize and conceptualize issues as well as develop and implement creative solutions that address business issues.
5、Fluent English spoken and written with professional business languages.
6、Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used office software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc.
