职位描述：
1. 主导制定部门发展战略、年度技术改进计划和预算方案，制订部门各项规章制度并组织年度工作计划的实施，完成年度任务目标及各项指标；
Lead to formulate department development strategy, annual technical improving plan and department budget. Work out all kind of policies and regulations, Organize to implement annual working plan, and accomplish the annual task and goal and the key indicators.
2. 组织研究新产品的工艺设计开发、制程技术支持、工装治具开发改进；
Organize to research and develop the process design of new product, provide process technical support and tooling and jig improve.
3. 确定新工艺技术发展方向，主持制定技术发展战略规划（如开发环保、安全的物料，以及新的表面处理工艺的测试与投产）；
Confirm the technological development direction of new process, Formulate the technological development strategy programming (such as develop the environmental and safe materials, test the new surface treatment process and put into production.);
4. 管理公司的整体产品工艺设计及降低产品制造成本，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案，及时了解和监督执行的情况；
Manage corporation’s all product process design and reduce the manufacturing cost, formulate and implement the important technical solution and technical proposal. Understand and supervise the implementation;
5. 全厂生产设备、设施等的选型、升级改造和日常维护与管理，公司水电气、排污、排废等的设施管理；
Lead to select, improve routine maintenance for all production equipment and facilities, manage the environmental facilities, and include utilities, pollution discharge, and waste discharge.
6. 主持新产品项目所需的设备选型、试制、改进以及生产线布局等工作；
Lead to equipment choosing, testing and improving for new production program and layout to production line.
7. 指导、审核项目总体技术方案，对各项目进行最终的质量技术评估；
Conduct, audit overall technical plan, proceed the final quality technical appraisal for all programs.
8. 制定技术人员的培训计划，并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训。
Make the training plan for technician; organize the technical training for relevant persons.

Requirements:
1. 十年以上相关工作经验，近三年的工程设备经理工作经验，有展示陈列制品行业或商业家具行业经验更佳；
Ten plus years of relevant experience, 3 years or above of experience of engineering manager, Experience of display and fixture or business furniture is preferred.
2. 有欧美等外资企业工作经验者优先；
European and American foreign enterprises work experience is preferred;
3. Good command of English in read and written，Especially engineering terminology，good oral English is preferred
4. 分别从事过PE/ME/IE，或组织实施过TPM管理项目者优先；
Experienced PE/ME/IE or implement TPM program is preferred.
5. 懂图纸，熟悉绘图软件（如CAD、3D Max、Inventor等）
Familiar with mapping software(such as CAD, 3DMax, Inventor)
6. 精通行业内的***方法；
7. Skillful at the newest technical method in the industry
8. 能够把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解；
9. Ability to master the tender of technical development and direction of business development, must have unique understanding to key technology
10. 熟悉企业产品结构、性能、机理、使用方法，有扎实的理论基础和实践工作经验。
11. Familiar with our cooperation’s production structure, property, mechanism and using method, must have solid theoretical basis and practical work experiences.
