a) Purpose of Role
The Global Finance vision is to own exemplary performance. Within this the commercial finance strategy is to Maximize Value through Challenging and Supporting our Business Partners to make Great Decisions to sustainably grow the business and beat the competition.


b) Top3-5 Accountabilities

1. Partner with sales team and lead top line planning, forecasting and management reporting process by embedding JUBP, Demand and Consensus review in DCL including DCL original portfolio, MHD transferred brands, Guinness as well as JW House.

2. Develop regional P&L to monitor regional business performance by channel and customer and provide strategic insights and advices for business performance improvements.

3. Manage monthly closing process, ensure FTT and Discounts accruals fully meet accounting and compliance standard.

4. Manage monthly forecast, continuously improve forecast accuracy and prepare monthly BPM reports for review.

5. Propose new value chain for any new, existing or innovation brands by working closely with commercial and marketing team and ensure proper and necessary approvals are obtained.

6. Ensure any given of new pricing, special discounts, FTT investment and payment meet company compliance standard.

c) Qualifications and Experience Required
? Qualified Accountant - 7 years +
? FP&A experience is preferred
? Degree level with strong academic record
? Experience in providing commercial finance support is a must
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong knowledge of systems
? Advanced Excel skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Pro-active working attitude
