-For our Healthcare Division in SHENZHEN,we are looking for a (SSMR)(CV)Experience Rework Technician 熟练返修技术员.

What are my responsibilities?

Mission of Function:

Performing the return process and dealing with the return products from customer in rework center to meet the customer requirement and full fill the related manufacture requirement.

Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks:

--logistic coordination for computer return from and to the stock.

--responsible for customer and deliverer interfaces with personal contact

--cleaning, receiving inspection and appraisal.

--work on service note and production order

--faultfinding and troubleshooting with tools, causal research

--repair including documentation and archiving the notes in SAP

--license generation and installation of medical software including configuration

--analysis of continuous tests and partial automated tests

--packing and shipping

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge:

--experience with hard- and software architecture

--experience in handling computer hardware

--experience with server- and network structures and medical products

--complex and structured thinking and troubleshooting

--creative analysis and responsibility

--Can read and write in English.

--college gradated or above.

Experience:

--at least 2 years' experience in the test and repair environment for computer system both in hardware and software.

--prefer to have the working experience in multinational company.

Education:

--Degree: College or above

--Major: Computer / Electronic relative

Languages:

--English: intermediate

--Chinese: Advanced
