职位描述：

Job Description:
- Research & filter qualified candidates for SZX office.
- Review & expand recruitment channel depending on company's requirement.
- Handle new staff orientation training & termination process as per company's policy.
- Handle HR weekly/monthly/quarterly report

(Attendance, Payroll, Turn over rate, Budget, Performance Evaluation etcs).
- Check monthly social insurance report with Fesco & Monitor Fesco's service.
- Handle all of company activities (Training, Outing, Annual Dinner etc.).
- Take in charge of Administration Team in SZX office.
- Manage & handle related issue for foreign staffs.
- Manage company vehicle.
- Control & monitor all of HR & Admin cost.
- Manage & consolidate all kind of sub-contractor for SZX office.
- Manage & make sure all kind of company licenses' annual examination/change in time.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:
College degree or above major in Human Resources/Administration/Business English or relevant.
At least 3 year HR & Admin working experience.
Work independence and aggressive manner.
Fluent English in written and oral.
Good communication skill.
Patient, Reliable, Honest and Punctual.
To work under pressure.
