Objective

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the China Marketing Manager with Greater China’s promotional and digital marketing activities, and to help in making sure that the marketing activities are being implemented according to target.

Main duties and responsibilities:

? To support the Marketing Manager with all marketing tasks including:
o Online marketing: Assist marketing manager in executing various online marketing activities e.g.: Website; SEO; Media partners, etc.
o Digital marketing: Help marketing manager in planning and executing different kinds of digital promotions, e.g.:: Social Medias; Direct mail; CRM activities, etc.
o Website maintaining (Keep company website updated in accordance with headquarters’.)
o Exhibition:
- Give support in making exhibition/media activities.
- Leads information input into system.
- Participate exhibitions when necessary to help in keep the show runs smoothly.
o Giveaway: Sourcing and communicating with the giveaway suppliers.
o Translation: Coordinate the translation activities and communicate with the translation agencies.
o Assist in preparing some promotion graphics, PPTs, etc.
o Other marketing tasks arranged by marketing manager.


Required skills/capabilities:

? Have a willing to learn attitude, able to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
? Fast learner and willing to take challenges and responsibilities.
? Able to master and carry out the digital marketing activities (technology and content creation) independently.
? Must have excellent attention to detail and show a high level of initiative and accuracy.
? Excellent language levels (verbal & written) in both Chinese and English.
? Good communication skills are required, including the ability to work with and communicate with a wide variety of individuals.
? Knowing to use graphic design software (e.g.: Photoshop; InDesign) is a plus but not necessary.
