Job Description
1. Involved in project implementation to ensure components / parts, processes and suppliers are meeting requirements if it is necessary
2. Know the customer’s products, quality requirements and the quality checking items well
3. Responsible for pre-shipment / outgoing inspection to ensure products comply with customer quality standard and expectation.
4. Handles customers audit, complaints and rejected products disposition
5. Analyze and translate the technical drawings and documents from Germany customers
6. Quality control for pre-shipment and factory inspections
7. Conduct the inspection report at factory sit, work report monthly to ensure all customer’s requirements are being met that deficient areas are receiving the proper level of focus and attention
Requirements
1. BS in Electronic Engineeing or Mechanics or related majors
2. 1 year working experience in Quality Assurance and Control, preferable in a manufacturing environment
3. Process knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and implementing QM-Systems and auditing
4. Fluency in English, CET6 / TEM4 or above, Garman is an advantage
5. AutoCAD preferred, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and LAN
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Fresh university graduate are welcome to apply
