You will be responsible for managing overall activity of Chairman office including to analyze corporate operation and advise solution, initiate and implement special project, prioritize Chairman's corporate activity and organize company event. You will also preform general administrative support to Chairman, eg. handle relevant correspondence, translation, travel arrangement, etc.

Requirements :

- University graduate in Business Admin / Marketing / PR / Translation or related disciplines  
- At least 6 years' experience working for senior executives in listed companies / finance institution;
- Must be systematic, detail-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks with discretions;
- A very strong networker with execellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact well with people from different nationalities and backgrounds;   
- Presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality;
- Legal/Finance experience and/or knowledge are definitely advantage;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
