Major responsibilities:
1. Oversee a whole maintenance team in the department, include maintenance engineers, technicians, and skilled workers.
2. Develop detailed PM plan every year based on all equipment status and make sure to implement by plan strictly.
3. Coordinate activities regarding Machine conditions, issues brought out by Engineering, Production, QA, etc and other important issues that needs concerted efforts and actions from maintenance team.
4. Provide strategies, planned actions and improvement directions on issues related to Daily, Weekly and Monthly Results of the following Maintenance Performance Measurements: Availability, MTTR, Response Time as well as supporting actions on MTBF and Maintenance Cost performance.
5. Coordinate with Production and Process Engineering regarding priority activities related to maintenance team.
6. Coordinate with above teams regarding identification, analysis and successful implementation of Improvement Projects and Problem Root Cause Analysis
7. Identify the maintenance skills needed to be upgraded, develop the Training Plan for the team.
8. Implement and maintain highest level of Safety and Housekeeping in the Workplace always as well as its' application on the Equipment
9. Coordinate or performs special projects or activities at maintenance area as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Mechanical.
2. At least 8 years work experience in areas of equipment/machine maintenance, design, etc.
3. Experienced in TPM knowledge and its implementation.
4. Strong evidence on leadership and supervisory skills.
5. Strong demonstration on Electronic Troubleshooting and Mechanical Troubleshooting abilities.
6. Good command of MS office operating, can write simple software program in numerical control areas is preferred.
7. Can read English machine work instruction, read and write English email at least. Good Oral is preferred.
8. 6-sigma knowledge is preferred.
