Key responsibilities
工作职责：

1. Be able to independently carry out the design and testing of product, make a complete test report, Be able to independently formulate the test production flow, and help to analysis the sample product.
1、能够独立进行产品的设计，制作与测试，并给出测试报告，独立制定生产测试流程，进行样机分析，

2. Be familiar with the product process of Bluetooth-related devices and miniature speakers. Be able to independently finish the development work for Bluetooth devices, and familiar with the schematics of Bluetooth-related products and miniature speakers. Be familiar with tuning and test.
2. 熟悉蓝牙设备、小型音响的生产工艺，能够独立完成蓝牙和音箱产品开发工作，熟悉相关方案, 对调音和调试相当熟悉。

3. According to our requirements for product changes and according to site environmental requirements for product material selection；Evaluate and select the components and chipsets for analog/digital circuits for Bluetooth and Audio connectivity products and make the BOM.
3、根据公司要求对产品进行改动并根据产品现场环境要求进行产品物料的选择，为的公司的蓝牙和音频类连通产品的数字与模拟电路评估和选择电子元计件和芯片,并制作BOM表。

4. Design the circuit, draw and debug PCB circuit layout from the schematics of Bluetooth-related products and miniature speakers.
4. 设计蓝牙产品和音箱的方案电路图，完成PCB布局，并进行调试。

5、Set up the audio test environment, and help to test the performance of audio components. Debugging and optimizing the audio product and propose correction opinions.
5、搭建音频测试环境，对产品音频部件性能进行测试，并进行相关的调试和优化，提出整改意见

6. Be responsible to the component molding, design of the drive circuit in the audio system, and the audio component molding. Adjusting the audio parameters and assist the software developers to develop drivers. Help to create design documentations
6、负责产品音频系统的驱动电路器件造型、设计、音频元器件造型，后期音频参数调试，协助软件人员开发音频驱动，编写设计文档。


5. Assist Product Development Engineer to finish the overall machine development (the sound chamber etc.). Improve the existing product and help to production techniques sever.
5、协助产品结构工程师完成整机产品的开发，如音腔的设计等，对已定型的产品提供生产技术服务和改进工作。

Required qualification:
任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Majoring in electronics, telecommunications, electro-acoustic, computer engineering, Electrical Measurement & Control or other electronic relevant majors;
1、电子、通信、电声学、计算机工程、测控及相关电子类专业，本科及以上学历。

2. three year’s working experience as minimum in electronic field, have basic knowledge of analog and digital circuit and skilled in PCB layout design using Protel/Eagle. The foreign enterprise experiences and the experience with consumer electronics products area are preferred.
2、三年或以上电子领域工作经验，掌握基本模拟/数字电子，熟练使用Protel/Eagle进行PCB设计，有外资企业工作背景和电子消费类产品工作经验优先考虑。

3. With rich experience in PCBA design and tuning, especially in Bluetooth-related or Wi-Fi speakers.

4. Be familiar with Audio Parts, Audio hardware circuit design, and the use of audio test instrument and the test methods. Have a deeper understanding in Audio driver parameters.

5. Be familiar with EMC Protection design, Safety design, thermal design, and have a basic understanding in CE,UL,FCC, etc., authorization procedures.

6. Proficient in English reading and writing. Be able to communicate with foreign colleagues in English through E-mail.

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
