职位描述：
1，在房地产开发过程中，合法办理相关土地获取工作
2，申办项目投资计划（立项）、开工报告，并做好公司与政府各专业部门的协调工作；
3，土地整备等相关工作，如土地获取、拆迁、安置等。
4，与社区人员的谈判协商工作，以便于项目顺利进行
5，农民土地补偿谈判。

任职资格：
1，大学本科及以上学历；
2，建筑学、工民建、市场营销等相关专业；
3，5年以上房地产公司工作经验，3年以上地产中层管理经验，具有房地产开发流程中的项目前期调研、产品定位、规划设计、工程管理、成本控制、营销策划等环节丰富的实操经验
4，具有卓越的计划、组织、协调和沟通能力；具备较强的企业发展战略制定、分析决策及实施能力；擅长和政府及相关职能部门沟通，有良好的人脉资源。

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government.
