职位描述：
Market Intelligence:
** Gather market intelligence and trends, and proactively introduce new products to customers.
** Establish strong market awareness by visiting exhibitions, attending seminars, or visiting suppliers.

Product Management:
** Support the customers by bringing good and quality products
** Drive and closely monitor the NPI process.
** Guarantee the needed quality standards and assure product compliance in accordance to European regulations.
** Handle RFQ and execute projects with customers
** Secure the best buying prices through regular reviews on supplier’s prices

Supplier Management:
** Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and manage the overall supplier qualification process.
** Active involvement in negotiation for continuous improvement in price, compliance, quality, MOQ, MOA, and lead time.
** Maintain good relationship with suppliers and build up strategic partnership with key suppliers,
** Work closely with other team members to establish a set of supplier KPIs, and continuously monitor the supplier performance.

Requirements:
** University graduate in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or similar subjects
** Minimum 5 years of experience in product sourcing and supplier management
** Extensive knowledge on electrical and electronic consumer products, preferably security related products, IOT and smart home products etc..
** Familiar with compliance requirements in European market
** Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and willing to take initiatives
** Proficient in spoken and written English, and good communication skill
** Quick-learner, good business attire
