职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 客户抱怨处理，客户信息处理；
2、 负责将客户投诉的问题转成内部信息；
3、 责客户投诉问题的改善及效果确认，包括回复客户8D对策；
4、 客诉等相关改善措施下达后，厂内及客端品质状况跟进；
5、 市场部要求回复内容处理
6、 到客户现场处理品质异常，与客户进行沟通。
7、 完成领导交办的临时工作任务，每天向上级汇报工作及回报进度。
8、 每周客退率分析改善

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上客诉工程师经验
