职位描述：
We are now looking for: Import / Export Analyst

What you'll be doing:
*Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the trade operations: Import/export documentation required for NVIDIA SZ
*Reports into the Manager, Global Trade, China
*Prepares and applies for all import requirements necessary for receipt of goods (specific guidelines for certain range of equipment)
* Ensure all import and export activities are conducted within the established NVIDIA Global Trade policies and procedures and China requirements Performs all necessary administrative tasks required by local customs authorities and internal/external tax personnel
* Provides daily interaction with logistics providers, entry agent, in-country customs authorities, as well as inter-company teams (GTC APAC, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure quality, compliant, and timeliness of the import/export process
* Ensures documentation for export shipments are prepared in accordance to NVIDIA Global Trade guidelines
* Checks freight and customs brokerage bill freight documents
* Assists Finance personnel at site on maintenance of import/export records

What we need to see:
* English language, written, spoken required
* Mandarin required. Other Chinese dialects a plus
* College degree
* 1 to 2 years’ experience in international logistics/shipping/receiving required
* 1 to 2 years hand-on experience in import/export processes in China
* Holds a customs brokerage license for ports in SZ
