The Technical Support and Test Engineer is a critical position in the particular cities/regions to start up & grow business. He or she will be responsible for providing the technical supports for hardware, software, application and system integration of Sonos system. Meanwhile, such person will also to cover system test for new SW release or features of Sonos product and internal System, and some time to have software development/coding for test automation or any tools or application needed by business.

The detail major responsibilities（负责IT系统支持及测试）,

1． System/SW test for Sonos New software release, new features, new music service etc,
2． Test automation development/coding to improve test productivity.
3． Technical support current Sonos internal/external software system, tools development, network and current application system troubleshooting, code development for interfacing between Sonos system to external 3rd party system.

Qualifications required (要求IT系统集成背景，具备至少脚本及编程经验)

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecom, IT or Network Administration areas or equivalent education.

2. 2-5 years working experience in technical area, e.g., in TCP/IP, Router, Switch, wireless router, Server, Network admin of IT system, CCNA certification is preferred, and/or in help-desk and troubleshooting of different platform. Window/Mac/ Apple IOS/Android etc.
3. Be familiar with Linux system such as Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu, etc., could build FTP/LNMP environments independently.
4. Be familiar with AWK or SED, be good at the shell script, Python or PHP experience is preferred.
5. Good English communication skill, The working experience in MNC (multi-national company) is a plus, 举报 分享
