Responsibility:
System Trainer & Helpdesk
Provide professional system training once new staff joining company, follow up the feedback weekly basics
Constantly training once system has any update
Solve and collect all the questions team members occur when using the system
Candidate Report
Type candidate CV in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
Database Maintenance
Input and update candidate and client details to the company database
Standardize the codes and process of system according with the business request
KPI Track
Weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI report
Facilitate feedback and puch for good result
Provide analysis figure according to the business stuation and suggestion to team leader
Job post and CV Management
Manage the job post
Download the CV from internet, availability statistics
Admin Support
Prepare letters, faxes, job specifications, advertisements and proposals to specified layout
Answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
Manage team diaries (team meeting, business trip, training…)
Contact window of team and internal departments
Ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
At least one to three years’ solid secretarial, administration and / or PA experience
Sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
Experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
Responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
An independent personality who can work well alone and / or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment
