职位描述：
工作职责：
1 Be responsible for facility maintenance and management, including electricity, air condition, water and elevator,etc.
  负责工程部日日常的运行和管理工作：包括电，空调，供水，电梯等
2 Be responsible for safety equipment management, including CCTV, fire extinguishing system, broadcasting, access control system, monitor,etc.
 负责安防设备的运行维护管理工作：CCTV，消防系统，广播，门禁，监控系统等
3 Involve in duty in safety&security office
 参与中控室值班
4 Other duties assigned
其他涉及的相关工作

要求：
1 Associate degree or above,3~4 related working experience in electricity maintenance
大专及以上学历，3~4年弱电系统维护管理经验
2 Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
3 Good command of English in writing，speaking
良好的英文读写能力，口语能基本表达
4 Down to earth, team player
