职位描述：
Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager (most senior QA Team member in ParknShop China)
Report to: The Quality & Food Safety Director (Greater China) based in Hong Kong (Foreigner)

Job Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree of food science/food safety and quality or above
2. 3 years or above of management experience about food safety in food retailing, or manufacturing in China; Be familiar with China food safety regulations and laws.
3. Good enough at English that be able to communicate with foreigners in work.
4. A self-motivating quality visionary who can put together a QA vision, achieve a consensus and have the drive to implement and move forward. Good communication skills with people inside and outside the reorganization.

Job Responsibility:
1. Work closely with the Hong Kong based ‘Quality & Food Safety Director to review/formulate our QA policy, procedures and manual
2. A practical approach is required to implement Government Regulations so that on the one hand we comply the regulations as far as is possible, and on the other hand allow our business to prosper in a responsible manner with the top priority being food safety
3. Motivate and lead a team of QA Staff based in Shenzhen and Guangzhou
4. Cooperate with PR, trading and stores to handle the government incident.
5. Handling Customer complaints including food safety related lawsuits.
6. Cooperate with factory audit team and trading to make control of fresh products’ source.
7. Be responsible to keep improving the stores’ food safety level. Including but not limit to the routing store audit, routing sampling, and training of store staffs.
8. Be responsible to control the stores’ pest problems.
9. Food safety control in DC.
10. Make sure that the own brand products are comply with quality assurance procedures and China regulations and laws. 举报 分享
