职位描述：
- Responsible for sourcing project implementation management & coordination, ensuring the timely implementation of sourcing projects & realization of identified savings.
- Will interact with multiple regional locations including Europe, Latin America, South America, North America.
- Commodity Specific。
- Lead cross functional Project teams to deliver assigned projects, in order to realize annual cost saving targets set for IPO
- Work closely with sourcing and quality teams to align and manage project related activities in all phases of project execution
- Coordinate with sourcing/ quality/ logistics/ tooling team/ regions to remove hurdles and ensure project progress
- Daily contact and communications with China suppliers and Whirlpool procurement personnel in other regions
- Sourcing Event (Big Tent/E-auction/tear down) Coordinator: IPO coordinator for sourcing events
- Participate in China supplier site visit and Sourcing Strategy Development assessment
- Work closely with sourcing team and participate in sourcing projects in the early stage
- Work on ad hoc projects assigned by IPO Director
- Regular travel is required

Additional Requirement:
- Bachelor or master degree in SCM/Engineering/other from a well-recognized university
- 3 year hands-on supply base management experience for a well-known company
- Some supply base quality and commodity specific technology experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Logistics and/or supply chain experience or knowledge a plus
- Strong ability in both verbal and written communication
- Strong ability in cross-functional team communication and coordination 举报 分享
