Job Overview :


The role holder is primarily responsible for assisting and following the procurement issues for orders of spare parts in enhancing customer experience by coordinating and communicating with our HQ in Italy, abroad subsidiaries, and mainly with external suppliers in Mainland China. He/she will handle Purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders to external suppliers, monitoring and coordinating with external suppliers to ensure delivery on time. He/she will appreciate and apply the company values in daily work to ensure and follow the standards required by the company to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities :


Handle Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders via SAP system
Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and to assist in building effective partnership with vendors
Handling procurement requisitions and part of logistics tasks
? Liaise with Account Department to ensure accurate and on time payment, as necessary for the business with the supplier
Liaise with related internal departments to guarantee the working flow
Implement procurement strategies and policies.
Maintain procurement files.
? Discuss unacceptable services with vendors to determine cause of problem and take corrective action in order to improve the quality of service in coordination with the Procurement Office Supervisor and colleagues form other involved departments




Key Requirements :


Bachelor degree
1 to 2 years relevant experiences in handling ordering processing
Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
Previous experience in electronics and home appliances fields is a plus
Good speaking and writing in English, Mandarin
Good communication skills, MS windows and Office skills
Well organized, independent worker, self motivated with good interpersonal skills, but also good team player
Strong problem-solving ability
Positive thinking with proactive behavior
Service-oriented and optimistic attitude
Some prior experience in logistics
Immediate available is preferable
