职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Consult with customers to understand and support their business needs;
2.Responsibility for managing a small team of presales solutions consultants;
3.Work closely with the sales team to offer technical consulting and provide guidance to close deals;
4.Coordinating the overall tender process, deal Qualification for all opportunities, produce and maintain a bid synopsis, preparing proposal, collaboration with Cross-Functional teams (Account Manager, Solutions consultant, Legal, Marketing and Product), tracking Timelines, Risks & Issues, to progress/chase the input to bids, escalating issues where appropriate, to constantly monitor and assess the Bid Process and ensure required quality of proposals are met;
5.Develop and deliver presentation, proposal and training to customers and/or colleagues;
6.Constantly monitor and improve the presales process;

Requirements:
1.Graduate in computer / information technology or related field;
2.Above 6 years experience of working with complex solutions;
3.At least 2+ years experience managing a team;
4.At least 2+ years experience in a customer facing role;
5.Familiar with IP VPN international network, cloud, international data center services and solutions;
6.Business sense in delivering proper information and messages to customer. ;
7.Broad knowledge on various technology and domains ;
8.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure and deliver on short time frame;
9.Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mediate and build consensus;
10.Have a strong aptitude for analytics and find problem solving exhilarating;
11.Hard working, friendly and have a strong commitment to excellence and professional growth;
12.Excellent engagement and project management skills;
13.Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written; Excellent command over English language;
