职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Track existing product costs in order to make recommendations on negotiation priority
2. Perform detailed BOM analysis across products to recommend commodity / material cost trends and recommend cost savings opportunities.
3. Identify manufacturing efficiencies improvement opportunities in order to eliminate costs out of supply chain.
4. Identify and champion cost saving ideas, and make recommendation based on quantifying these ideas.
5. Drive cost savings programs such as bids, across all teams.
Job Requirement:
1. 6 – 8 years of Project-Manufacturing Engineering background
2. Highly organized, result-driven minded, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to successfully interface with partners internally (other functions in Asia and PD function in US) and externally (with suppliers)
3. Ability to plan and co-ordinate multiple projects, Good analytical skills.
4. Various product material experiences in office supply, technology and furniture.
5. Excellent computer skill in spreadsheet, word, Power Point.
6. Investigation will be on going so the person will need to build and own the database of suppliers and costs.
7. Team player with excellent analytical problem solving, failure mode anticipation and communication skills.

Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years electronic products and electrical apparatus’ design/development experience is a must and strong engineering background are preferred.
2. Family with North American market, EU market legal requirements to electronic products and apparatus is preferred.
3. Strong personality with his/her own views and prospective. Ability to present the thoughts logically. Be able to express the technical/engineering issues/solutions to a non-technical/engineering background team for decision making.
4. Highly organized, result-driven mind, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to successfully interface with partners internally (other functions in Asia and PD function in US) and externally (with suppliers)
5. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects. Team player with excellent analytical problem solving skills.
6. Perform all tasks with minimum supervision in a timely fashion and exhibits maturity in their actions and decision making.
7. Provide input and leadership in identifications and optimization of supplier matrix (ie ability to note the dynamics of supply markets and advise the allocation of biz and partnership with right suppliers). Also thus utilize such in negotiations with suppliers.
