职位描述：
We are searching for a self-motivate and passionate person for the senior optical process engineer position. The candidate will work together with us to design and deliver the transmission component products. The products are named as TOSA (transmission optical subassembly) and ROSA (receiver optical subassembly).
 
Responsibilities

? To assemble the optical subassembly using state-of-art automated equipment.
? process design phase, carry out design of experiments in order to get optimized key parameters for the assembly;
? Engineering validation test, verify those parameters based on a large sample size.
? To communicate results to colleagues in the team by delivering high quality process validation test reports.
? Need to collaborate with other functions in the department to complete the product design and deliver process specifications.
 
Requirements
 
? 5 years’ experience in optical transmission field and worked as optical engineer or optical process engineer.
? Solid background on at least one of the processes: active optical alignment, laser/PD die attach, wire bond; Hands-on experience on optical aligner setup and debug, recipe creation and modification of die attach and wire bond equpments.
? Proficient in design of experiment (DOE) and optimization of control parameters in the process.
? Fluent speaking English, and good communication skill (verbal and written).
? Bachelor degree from Optical, optoelectronics, or Physics. 举报 分享
