职位描述：

1. Bulk data monitoring and analysis; making investigation and taking effective actions on abnormal results to improve compounding process capability;

2. Implement process quality improving and enhance efficiency in Filling & Packing , Compounding & Weighing;

3. Find out possible influence on quality issue cooperating with other departments, and solve the found problems to reduce the disqualification rate;

4. Quality data statistic and analyze with QC tools;

5. Investigate the cause of quality issue, assuring the effective CAPA implemented, avoiding the same thing repeat;

6. Managing Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree, at least 3 years quality experience in cosmetic, food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries.

2. SPC, QC tools, GMP/ISO audit skills;

3. Good excel skill and document skill;

4. Good oral and written English.
