职位描述：
A European based company with sourcing office in Shenzhen is looking for a Sourcing Manager for the expansion of its own branded products within the Group.

Major responsibilities will be :

Product Management
** Actively involved in product sourcing according to the requirements of the European customers.
** Answer inquiries, and execute projects which are delegated by the European customers
** Support the whole process of New Product Introduction from inquiry until shipment is released
** Gather market intelligence and trends, and proactively introduce new products to the European customers to create more business opportunities
** Guarantee the needed quality standards and assure product compliance in accordance to European regulations.
** Regular review on pricing of core products to secure the best market prices

Supplier Management
** Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, recommend sourcing decision to the European customers, and manage the overall supplier qualification process.
** Actively negotiate with suppliers in order to improve price, compliance, quality, MOQ, MOA, and lead time.
** Maintain good relationship with suppliers and build up strategic partnership with key suppliers
** Work closely with other team members with the company to continuously monitor the supplier performance.


Requirements
** University graduate in electronic or electrical engineering, industrial design, computer engineering or similar subjects
** Minimum 5 years of experience in product sourcing or related activities
** Knowledge on Electro-technics, Electro-mechanics, Tools and Measuring Equipment etc...Preferably with working experience for companies engaged in Maintenance, Repair and Operation(MRO) business
** Familiar with compliance requirements in European market
** Ability to work independently and willing to take initiatives
** Proficient in spoken and written English, and good communication skill
** Quick-learner, good business attire
