职位描述：
Job description:

1. Document checking, sorting and dispatching to overseas customers with 100% SOP compliance, daily communication with oversea client and report exception in time
2. Release FCR or bill to shipper
3. Answer various inquiries from supplier and customers about document issue within 24 hours
4. Data input in system
5. Collect local charge from vendor/consignee and pay cost to service provider within company’s rules
6. Update log-sheet and payment voucher according to shipment status
7. Request carrier to obtain accurate bill of lading and debit note
8. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Professional Skills:
1. Basic PC skills, such as outlook, word, excel and PPT
2. English CET4 or above
3. With at least 0.5year or above in logistics or forwarding company is preferred
4. High team spirit and open/positive attitude
5. Can work under high procedure
