职位描述：
MAIN DUTIES:
-He represents the privilege of the quality service in his section.
-He participates in the definition and validation of the modifications of the products/processes/control jigs.
-He elaborates the matrix and ensures the leading actions, with the help of his hierarch.
-He is responsible for the quality indicator (CPK, refus, rebuts) and assure the respect of the objects, while put it into action if necessary.
-He checks the results of the experiments for the products (optical detection in laboratory, in several dimensions, and assure to participate the resolution for the problem)
-He is the prime negotiator, for the matter of quality, with the client when the products are turned back in incident. He should participate in the development of PDCA, and particularly the « C » stage.
-He is the consultant for quality problems in factory.
-He administrates the assurance dossier for the products quality.
-He makes sure to have zero error audition ( audition that crosses among different people checking products quality)
-He guarantees no fault for the products that the clients send back.
-He keeps an eye on the super-control of products with the help of project group, and participates in the statistics control of process.
-He validates the efficiency of super-control.
-He participates in the activities in the Line QRQC and APU QRQC.
-He will decide and coordinate with his team preventives, correctives actions and quality system improvement in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
-Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.


TRAINING AND PROFIL:
-Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Quality, or other Technical related degree
-In-depth experience in the field of quality management within an automotive
environment (5 years at minimum)
-Experience in the practical use of the Valeo quality management tools
-Experience in managing of people
-Strong presentation skills, Training, audit skill
-Strongly driven to implement a quality culture in an organization.
